As NASA prepares to send humans back to the Moon and eventually Mars, a grim reminder of the dangers involved was discovered off the coast of Florida. While a TV documentary crew sought to find a WWII-era aircraft in the Bermuda Triangle, they found a piece of the space shuttle Challenger on the seafloor instead.
