Heat is the enemy of most electronics, and performance throttling is one of the most effective safeguards against potential damage that might otherwise occur. For the most part, throttling is unavoidable outside of extreme (and generally impractical) cooling solutions like liquid nitrogen. That doesn’t mean there’s nothing you can do, though.
