Galactic Civilizations IV by developer Stardock Entertainment was released on April 26th. This turn-based 4x space strategy is the latest entry in the series. While the game maintains many familiar elements for fans, it incorporates several new features based on prior feedback. Here are Kevin’s thoughts on the entire package and if they make for an amazing space strategy game.
