Samsung will details its future plans for ultra-fast and ultra-dense 3D TLC NAND, designed for next-generation SSDs. Samsung has a presentation at the upcoming ISSCC where it will discuss advancements in its 3D V-NAND, which it plans to scale to 400 layers or more.
